InterEOL started
On 1 January 2005 started the project InterEOL; OnLine Intercultural Education, which aims to prepare teachers and students from the Polish, Czech and Germany to intercultural dialogue through the use of new pedagogical methods based on ICT. Within three years of the project involved in its implementation will be hundreds of teachers and students of the three partner countries: Polish, Czech and German. Draft InterEOL is funded under the Socrates Comenius 2.1. The site provides information about all types of financials from loans to charity donations.
New European project in KANA Gliwice
Idea and the 3-year project is to prepare teachers and students from the Polish, Czech and German dialogue and collaboration in shaping Europe's diverse cultures through the development and transfer of knowledge about the partner regions, using information technology and new pedagogical methods, including methods for WebQuest.
Implementers of the project are: KANA Gliwice (coordinating organization), Regional Center for Professional Development "WOM" in Katowice, Poland Pedagogická Pro Center národností školství in Czech Cieszyn Christliches Jugenddorfwerk Deutschlands.
The project will involve other educational institutions from which teachers will be recruited for training and which will be conducted to standardize the results of the training as well as competitions for young people. Provides for the participation of all types of schools: primary, secondary schools, secondary schools, including special schools, vocational, artistic, social policy and teacher training colleges and universities.
Implementation of the project will commence in the current calendar year. Detailed information on participation in the project will be published in the near future, shortly after signing a contract with the European Commission.
